Another fun day out for the crew of Skipper Ray and Deckie Sue aboard MV Baring Up with the Host of the Indian television's prime channel, NDTV, departing Westhaven Marina and embarking on afishing trip out on the Waitemata Harbour. Camera crew fhooking a snapper or two and showing the good old way that kiwis like to eat - on the Barbecue!!
This show was brought to New Zealand and episodes filmed around the country in top restaurants - culminating in the final episode showcasing Auckland's Best - lunches at Bees on Line in Waimauku and the Sky City's spectacular revolving restaurant at the top of the Sky Tower, before the third and final part actually catching fish to be eaten and cooked on the barbecue amidst the fabulous backdrop of Waiheke Island.
Ray's running commentary about fishing methods covered all the basics followed by a lesson on how to cook on a barbecue!!
Hopefully we will be able to load this episode shortly on the Video's section of this website.
